What amenities do you have in the room?

Amenities in the room are as follows:

・Pajamas (upper and lower separate type)

・Others
Also you can get other various free amenities at the lobby on the 13th floor.

Can we request the room to stay?

To ensure all of our guest have a comfortable stay, we do the arrangements of the guest rooms by ourselves. Your understanding is appreciated.
You can not request the floor of the room as well. We can only accept your preference.

Can we drink water in our room?

Please drink the free mineral water in the room. We offer free mineral water for each guest every day

Access/Parking

Do your hotel have parking lots?

We do not have reserved or tie-up parking lot. Your understanding is appreciated.

Staying with children

Please let us know the child rate and bed-sharing rate.

Preschoolers (until graduate from kindergartens or nursery schools) are free.Adult rate is applied for elementary school students.
In the case of one adult and one elementary school student or older, please apply for a reservation for two adults.

Others

Can we send our luggage by courier or mail in advance?

Please write down your name and check-in date and send the luggage to the attention of the hotel. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery, so please make payment when shipping.

I have a visitor. Can I meet?

For security reasons, only hotel guests are allowed to enter the hotel rooms and vistors are not. Please have a meeting in the lobby.

Do you have a curfew?

There is no curfew. However, due to security reasons, the main entrance is locked between 1:00 am and 5:00 am.
Guests staying at the hotel can use the IC card key to unlock, but check-in guests have to call the receptionist with the intercom.
