Can minors stay at the hotel?

Minors are able to stay without adults, but they need to get a permission from their parents. We request to write a consent form to their parents, and minor guests need to print out/submit the form to us when they check in. If they refused to write/submit a consent form, we cannot allow minor guests to stay at our hotel. Please download the consent form below;

Can I use Internet in my room?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. PCs are available in the lobby on the 16th floor free of charge.


I would like to go to the hotel by car. Do you have a parking lot?

The parking lot (maximum height 1.87 m) is located on the basement floor of the hotel. You can park for 1,500 yen per night. No reservation required. When it is full, we can refer you to a nearby parking lot.

How can I get to the hotel from the nearest station?

Exit the ticket gate of Shinagawa Seaside Station on the Rinkai Line, take the escalator from Exit C, and go left. You will see a Lawson convenience store on your left. The hotel entrance is located next to the Lawson convenience store.


Do you offer breakfast?

The Japanese-Western buffet is available for 1,400 yen per person from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (last order 10:00 a.m.).

Staying with children

Do you have bedding or amenities for children?

We are sorry, we don't have bedding or amenities for children. However, we can offer a crib (for babies up to 1 year old) in the room if you contact us in advance. Rooms that can accommodate cribs are limited (Standard Twin or Sofa-equipped Twin).


Are there laundry facilities?

Two washing machines are available on the 17th floor. They can be used at any time free of charge. They are drum-type washer-dryers, and you don't need detergent. Please note that they can only be used by guests staying overnight.

Is there a convenience store near the hotel?

There is a Lawson on the first floor underground and a Sunkus on the first floor.

Can you keep my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we can keep your luggage at the reception.

I would like to send my luggage via a delivery service.

You can send us your luggage with your name and date of arrival on it. We can keep it until your arrival. When sending the luggage from the hotel, delivery slips and packing materials (fees apply for cardboard boxes) are available at the reception. Please ask the staff.

Do you have a curfew?

No, we don't have a curfew.
