Accommodation/rooms

Can minors stay at the hotel?

Yes, minors can also stay at the hotel. However, when a minor (under the age of 20) will stay alone or there is a group of minors, we require a person with parental authority to submit a consent form.
Please download the Consent Form for Stay by Minor from the following. Submit the form filled by a person with parental authority to the front desk at the time of check-in.

Is there bedding for children?

We are sorry, but we have no bedding for children available.

Facilities

Can I use Internet in my room?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. PCs are available in the lobby on the 16th floor free of charge.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

Yes, we do. 60% of all single, double and twin rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Please tell about the equipment and amenities in guest rooms.

Equipment: LED TV, refrigerator, trouser press, toilet with washing function, water cooker, dryer. Amenities: toothbrush, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, razor, hairbrush, cotton swab, towel, nightwear

Access/Parking

Can you provide a simple explanation of the hotel's location?

It is 1 minute away on foot from the JR Hokuriku Shinkansen, Shinano Railway Line Ueda Station "castle exit".

I'd like to visit by car, is there a parking space?

There is a municipal parking space nearby the hotel.
The hotel does not have an exclusive parking space. The available parking space may be full, therefore we kindly ask for your understanding.

Others

Can I leave my bags at the hotel before checking in or after checking out?

Yes, you can leave your bags at the front desk before checking in and after checking out. Feel free to ask. However, this is only available on the same day of checking in or out, and we cannot hold very large bags, large amounts of baggage, or items that require refrigeration or freezing. For more information, please contact each hotel.

Please tell about breakfast.

You need to make a reservation. Please make a reservation one day before the day when you want to have breakfast. You can have a set menu (Japanese/Western) at 980 yen (including tax) per person from 7:00 to 9:30.

Do you have lockout hours?

No. The gate on the 2nd floor is open 24 hours. However, the gate on the 1st floor is locked at 0:00 at midnight for security reasons.

Can I be on the waiting list?

You cannot be on the waiting list. Please contact when needed.

Can I pay by credit card?

You can use various credit cards like VISA, Master, JCB, Diners, AMEX and so on.

I would like to send my luggage via a delivery service.

You can send us your luggage with your name and date of arrival on it. We can keep it until your arrival. When sending the luggage from the hotel, delivery slips and packing materials (fees apply for cardboard boxes) are available at the reception. Please ask the staff.

Can I make photocopies and send fax messages?

You can request at the reception. Photocopy: B&W 20 yen per paper, color 100 yen per paper. Fax: 50 yen per paper

Is there a convenience store nearby?

There is a convenience store in front of Ueda station, which is about 1 minute away on foot from our hotel.

Do you have laundry service?

If you bring your laundry to the reception by 10:00 in the morning, it will be done by the late afternoon of the same day (except on Sundays and public holidays).
